A booking is considered firm and conclued after the receipt of :

For a cancellation :
For a 1 to 3 nights stay : The amount of one night stay will be charged on your credit card
For a stay longer than 3 nights : 30% of the total price will be charged on your credit card
The deposit cheque :
For a 1 to 3 nights stay : a deposit cheque of the amount of one night will be required
For a stay longer to 3 nights : a deposit cheque of 30% of the amount of the stay will be required
The received deposits will be totally charged in case of a cancellation.
