OUR RATES

Extra costs (obligatory):

- Local tourist tax: 1€ per day per person over 12 years old

- Final cleaning: 45€ (two-bedroom’s apartment/ Studio) 50€ (three-bedroom apartment) 60€ (four-bedrooms apartment) to pay mandatory from fifth night.

- Pets: €5 per day.

Optional extras:

-Linen rental: € 12 per person per week, but included until the fourth night

-Continental breakfast at MOTEL LES PINS (at 50mts): €7.50 per person per day

- Baby cot: €5 per day

- Barbecue: € 3 per day

Reservations are definitely confirmed only after reception of a credit card number.

Modification or cancellation by credit card:
- Up to eight days before: free of charge
- 7 days before or no-show: 100 % of the total amount of the stay charged on credit card.
